Ralf Mühlenhöver and his two co-founders wanted to revolutionize the way big data and AI are used in customer service organizations back in 2014. Today he is the CEO of the company they founded - voiXen, a software vendor and solutions provider for speech analytics. The cloud-based solution helps companies to increase their performance in sales and customer service.
